This installation guide can help you to install uScope Essentials, uScope Standard, or uScope Professional. uScope installers can be downloaded from the following page of our website: https://www.navitar.com/products/pixelink-cameras/uscope-software   


Please be sure to download the correct version for your licence dongle, and review the general installation steps below. If you are not sure of the version supported by your licence dongle, please contact either your account manager, or pixelink.support@ametek.com, and provide the name and serial number of your dongle. 

   

Run "Control Panel => Programs and Features" and check which Pixelink software is already installed on your computer

    

a. If there is no Pixelink software currently installed on the system :

    1. Run the uScope installer, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation process.


b. If a previous version of uScope is installed

        1. Uninstall the previous version of uScope

        2. Run the uScope installer, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation process.

    

c. If both a previous version of uScope and either Pixelink Capture or the Pixelink SDK are installed

        1. Uninstall Pixelink Capture or the Pixelink SDK

        2. Uninstall the previous version of uScope

        3. Run the uScope installer, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation process.
