The PL-D cameras that use Sony IMX sensors (PL-D752, PL-D753, PL-D755, PL-D755MU-POL, PL-D757, PL-D797, PL-D759, PL-D7512, PL-D795, PL-D799, and PL-D7912) are briefly put into standby, when the hardware trigger mode is enabled or when trigger changes are applied. After the cameras leave standby, there is then a brief wait (8 x exposure time), where the cameras are unable to respond to hardware triggers, and hardware triggers given during this time will be ignored by the cameras. Following this wait, the cameras will respond to hardware triggers as normal.
