Statement:
We confirm that Pixelink cameras comply with the related requirements of the European Union Regulation (EC) 2017/1000 amending Annex XVII of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH).
Under the structure of the REACH regulation, Pixelink is a manufacturer of “articles” to our EU customers. We do not manufacture or supply “substances” or “preparations” and our articles do not involve the “intentional release of substances”. Accordingly, no registration, pre-registration or authorization is required for the products we supply.
We declare that none of the SVHCs (the Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern) is present in Pixelink cameras in quantities above the applicable threshold of 0.1%.
This is based on the most up to date listing of the SVHCs. With our partners, Pixelink continues to review this list in an on-going manner as it is updated.
