hCamera IN is the camera handle. This value is returned by Initialize.vi and is passed between PixeLINK VIs as a reference.
Details
After Uninitialize.vi is called, the camera associated with hCamera IN cannot be accessed again until a new handle is obtained. Only the Initialize VI can reinitialize this camera within the application.
