All GigE and 10 GigE cameras.

Description

The Internet Protocol (IP) address is a unique identifier used by network software and hardware to communicate with the camera.  Without an IP address on the camera, the host computer and software will have very limited ability to communicate with the camera and will not be able to control the camera features at all.  The IP address must be set before the camera can be initialized with PxLInitialize.

To be valid, the IP address used for the camera must not conflict with any other IP address on the network to which the camera is connected.

The IP address of a camera can be set using the PixeLINK Camera IP Address Tool found in the Start -> All Programs -> PixeLINK -> Tools menu.  The IP address can also be set in software using the PxLSetCameraIPAddress function.
