How do I obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number for a camera?

You can open an RMA by doing one of the following:

1. Submit an RMA Request ticket here: https://support.pixelink.com/support/tickets/new

2. Email pixelink.support@ametek.com and provide the following information:

    a) Your name

    b) Your company affiliation (if applicable)

    c) Your phone number

    d) Your camera model and serial number

    e) A description of the problem

    f) Your return address
